What we collect

When you take part in a survey, your responses are stored using a randomly generated response ID. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, account number, financial balances or other unnecessary identifying information in the survey itself.

How your responses are used

Your responses are analysed and reported in aggregate. Open-text comments may be reviewed by the research team and may be quoted in a way that does not identify you.

Follow-up conversations

If you choose to volunteer for a follow-up conversation, your contact details are collected separately from your survey responses and are not linked back to them.

Technical information

The platform may generate standard technical logs for security and operation, such as IP address or browser information. These logs are kept separate from research responses and are not used in research analysis or reporting.

Your choices

Participation is voluntary. You may stop at any time. Responses that are not completed may be retained for data-quality and research administration purposes but are treated separately from completed responses.

Please keep your information private

Please do not include account numbers, financial details or other identifying information in any open-text response.
