BVI Banking Access Study 2026
Why do customers still need to visit physical bank branches for everyday banking in the British Virgin Islands?
This study looks at what brings people into branches, what happens when they try other channels, and where the greatest sources of friction may lie.
Before you begin
This study examines the circumstances of recent in-branch banking visits in the British Virgin Islands. It records what people came to do, what they tried beforehand, and what happened, so that patterns can be described rather than assumed.
